Reminder - The next South Bank and Waterloo Forum - Thursday 14th December at Morley College
A reminder - You're very welcome at the next Forum. It will be in the Holst Room, Morley College, 61 Westminster Bridge Rd, London SE1 7HT on Thursday 14th December, starting at 7pm, with Christmas drinks afterwards.
Morley have a range of student showcases, music and refreshments for college staff and stakeholders earlier that evening, from 5pm, to which we are also warmly invited.
The theme for this Forum will be 2024 - the year ahead. We'll be thinking about how we can contribute to all that's happening locally - especially planning, the net Zero project, green spaces, the history group's work, and distribution of funds - including the Health and Wellbeing and the London Eye. It promises to be an interesting meeting! Here is the full agenda

A highlight of the festive calendar. Enjoy your favourite carols, performed by the Oasis choir and our brilliant band, along with a space for reflection on the Christmas story.

Christmas at St John's
Carols by Candlelight - with Coin Street Community Singers and Take Note Singers.
Sunday 17th December, 5pm
Experience a traditional carol service for all ages at the beautifully renovated St John’s Church, whilst helping us reach our target to raise £1,500 for two outstanding local community projects this Christmas.
Singers from St John’s Church Choir, Coin Street Community Choir and Take Note Chamber Choir are coming together to perform Christmas favourites and special choral pieces. Why not get in the festive spirit and join in on a carol or two? Stick around to enjoy stalls, mince pies and mulled wine after the service.
This year, St John’s has teamed up with Coin Street to raise funds for Room For You and Coin Street community singing group – two brilliant projects that support and bring together local people in Waterloo and North Southwark.
